Last weekend we decided to stop in Memphis and spend a
couple days touring the city. The night
that we got there we found a famous BBQ restaurant called Rendezvous (I had
read that President Bush and the Japanese Prime Minister once visited
the restaurant for lunch) so we stopped for dinner. The restaurant entrance was in a little back
alley which was a little sketchy, but those ribs were really, really good!
After dinner we went down town to Beale street, which is the
famous street in Memphis. We walked up and down Beale street listening to all the bands playing as we took Memphis in.
