A couple weekends ago I had the opportunity to go to San Diego to represent my school at the California Dental Hygiene Association House of Delegates. I had the chance to be mentored by the San Fernando Valley component and get to be a part of all the political action of the California Dental Hygienists. It was the coolest opportunity and it got me really excited to continue moving forward in my career.
